If you love to ski or snowboard, then you probably know that Idaho has some of the best slopes and cross country trails in the country. Right now, Idaho's State Tourism Board is in the middle of doling out prizes for its Idaho Winter contest, which is also being called "Vitamin ID: Alternative Medicine for Wintertime Blahs."
There are five more weeks left in the Vitamin ID contest and prizes include stays at luxury ski resorts, lift tickets, and chic winter gear. To enter, visit www.idahowinter.org, where you can sign up for the contest by email or by connecting your Facebook or Twitter accounts. If you're not sure how you'll get to Idaho, Alaska Airlines, one of the sponsors of the Vitamin ID contest, is offering discounts to Idaho-bound skiers.
